- Gara Rock - pop over to East Portlemouth on the ferry (runs all year round) and follow the map up to Gara Rock for lunch, stumble back down before you lose the light, longest walk option on this list so plan according to ferry times -

- Snapes Point - stunning National Trust daytime loop with epic views of Salcombe, decent length with a few hills -

- Batson Creek - short, easy little walk perfect for small people or those less able (did this when my mum was recovering from a broken foot!) from Salcombe centre out along the road to Batson

- South Sands - another beautiful beach wander, pop into South Sands Hotel too for a cocktail!
